Formed in 2014 by a group of analysts, psychologists, and data scientists who supported some of Britain’s greatest sporting elite teams, MyPeople’s DNA is rooted in data assessment.
The focus of our work encompassed the use of psychology and data, to help support decision-making in the selection and development of individual athletes and the composition of teams. The MyPeople platform was created to bring some of these approaches into the corporate landscape, building great teams across the world.
We’ve combined two decades of performance analysis to provide the first team-based assessments for use in talent acquisition and talent management, that measure beyond individual performance. Helping organisations to hire the right people fast and create an environment for them to thrive.
