Teleflex pilots MyPeople’s relationship and performance analytics platform

Teleflex, a global provider of medical technology products, is piloting MyPeople’s cloud-based relationship and performance analytics platform at its Global Operations and International headquarters in Ireland. The platform will help determine the scale of the issues faced by the organisation as it seeks to re-establish the values-based culture that was the cornerstone of its recent success before a recent period of rapid expansion.  Teleflex employs over 14,000 people worldwide and serves healthcare providers in more than 150 countries.

According to Monika Vikander-Hegarty, Teleflex’s VP Global Talent Development, JOIN and Commercial Services EMEA: “We are pleased to be working with MyPeople, which has extensive experience in measuring and managing organisational culture and values. The MyPeople platform will enable us to assess where we are and what needs to be done within our customer services team in Ireland which has trebled in size to more than 90 employees.  It will also help us to realise the potential that exists in Teleflex and build a high performance culture that supports our core values throughout the employee lifecycle.”

MyPeople’s relationship and performance analytics platform was developed by the same analytics team that helped GB Cycling, GB Rowing and England Rugby to achieve outstanding success through the aggregation of marginal gains.  It applies the same principles to achieving comparable results in the business environment. 

During the three month pilot, MyPeople will be reporting on the cultural behavioural profiles and values alignment of the team in Ireland. This will highlight where people have a particularly strong alignment to organisational values and how this is manifested in demonstrable behaviours that are enabling or preventing a high performance culture.
